Grape KIT
Genome database
In this project, we are performing the genome assembly, annotation and variant detection of hundreds of rare grape varieties that were sequenced using Illumina platform. Root Gene Regulatory Networks
Evolution & Single-cell data analysis
In this project, we are identifying and analyzing the gene regulatory networks present in various root cell types in vascular plants across multiple lineages in the plant kingdom. We are also helping our client to analyze the orthologous relationships of these architectures between the species.

Yeast Transcription
Evolution
In this project, we explored the evolution of gene families that play a crucial role in transcription control in yeast and other fungal species. We used thousands of protein sequences from hundreds of predicted proteomes to reconstruct the evolutionary ancestry of these gene families using deep-phylogenetics.

Rice Candidate Genes
Data mining
Near Isogenic Lines (NILs) and Recombinant Inbred Lines (RILs) are a great way to identify the Quantitative Trait Loci (QTLs) that define the regions responsible for a particular trait of interest. However, fine mapping can be time and resource consuming to identify the candidate genes in those QTLs. In this project, we have developed a data-mining strategy to rank the effective candidate genes using open-source 'omics' data resources.

Moringa genome
Assembly & Annotation
There is no good/complete genome available yet for Moringa (drumstick), despite its importance in food and human nutrition. We are helping to develop a new genome assembly and annotation for Moringa to mine the genes responsible for its beneficial characters.
